Workplace Wellbeing

We are delighted to introduce ourselves as Communication Champions and  offer our new programme to you today.  We are a dynamic duo committed to  the promotion of active and effective communication in the workplace,  in order to enhance employee wellbeing.


Effective communication in the workplace is an integral part of an  efficient and successful business. We are here to provide a space for an  open and honest conversation around workplace communication.

This communication focus is a necessity, not a luxury. Our bespoke  package will reduce the interpersonal pressures caused by ineffective  and damaging communication, and aim to work through these processes in a  safe and cathartic way.


Our programme is for you if:


Your company aims at maximising output, employee mental health, work  satisfaction, individual and collective efficiency, and adaptive working  relationships.


Who we are?


Ms Trish Hogan – Member of An Garda Síochána with 25 years’  experience of working with effective communication. Interactions with  victims, suspects and the general community have produced a very  adaptable flair to applying the most effective communication.  Now a Garda Instructor, further skill in training and mentoring, along  with personal instruction in small and large group settings.


Dr Joanne Morgan – Senior Clinical  Psychologist with a 20-year background in mental health, stress  tolerance and adaptive coping. Extremely skilled at group facilitation,  sitting with challenging and emotionally charged presentations. Allowing  the group  process to facilitate development and solution focus.


What we are offering?


We bring something very different to the table, and something that will  be extremely effective in positive change. Rather than a heavy  power-point teaching style, teaching at rather than with, we aim to:

  1. Use an open forum style to promote the basics of communication specific to your employees.
  2. Identify with your team, what barriers can hinder communication efficacy within your workplace.
  3. Connect with, and understand your needs by identifying the unique challenges.
  4. Recognize the role of self-care and its relationship to well being.
  5. Highlight the importance of boundaries and their connection to efficient output.
  6. Consider remote working and the impact this will naturally have on communication.
